I joggle, juggle, and do body weight exercises (pushups, pullups, stability ball workouts, etc.).
It's very important for me to be physically fit. I have been "working out" with weights since I was in the 6th grade, and playing basketball was my outlet for physical discipline back then. I am in it for the long haul now, I don't try to be extreme with being totally fit because I would rather maintain a good fitness level for the rest of my life rather than get burnt out.

Having juggling balls, stability ball, pull up bar, and jump rope/weights/exercise bands right by you makes you more likely to use them often. I keep them nearby, and use them often for small workouts.

I used to skateboard quite a bit and lately I am getting more into working out at our local gym. I feel that working on strength and endurance in general is almost as important for juggling as practicing patterns and tricks.

I lift weight's in a circuit training fashion these days. Meaning, I do not rest between sets, the only rest is getting to the next exercise which is but a few steps. It usually consists of three to four different exercises per section. I do this because I have to do physical therapy everyday. SO I mix the therapy between my power workout therefore giving me a cardio push as well as a little saving in the form of time. After my workout which is usually 45 to 50, then I run about a mile and head home. Keep in mind that I already practiced juggling before all this. I don't spend as much time working out as I used to working out, but I spend what I need.

I juggle three hours every day, and I train Judo 5 hours every week.
Sometimes I do some weight lifting, but not so much.
