I came across that video not too long ago too. I had never seen it, nor the one someone recently posted about Anthony talking and juggling beanbags and how they affect accuracy of throws. It's fun to catch new ones you never though existed.
It was a nice piece. That type of top notch training, discipline, and dedicated progression, in my opinion, epitomized best by Anthony and Ty Tojo. Their training and amazing progress have many parallels to each other.
Thanks for the link kozo it was really interesting. I had actually seen the first video before but never the second. It would be really interesting if Anthony or Nick wrote a book about training. It may not have a large market if they wrote it specifically about juggling but if either were to write a book about deliberate practice I think it could be very successful.
They did make a DVD called 'Gatto - From Vaudeville Acro-cat to the King of Juggling' it has interviews of both Nick and Anthony and tells you a lot about their training and what happens before each show. Has heaps of footage of Anthony performing when he was young too.
