Poll Question:
The decline of activity is happening on all known English language juggling forums. The activity has picked up a little since we had the banner contest and we asked everyone to post more often. It seems people switched from posting to lurking, then many stopped visiting as often because the forum wasn't as active. Even though there is less posting, we have more members than we ever have had. On average, the forum gets one new member per day.
Please vote on which factor you think is the main cause of the decline of people posting, then include what you thing could or should be done to make the amount of traffic increase to a healthy level, in other words, what would make YOU post more?
